Our People - David Knott, Financial Advisor

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® professional. To be admitted as a CFP professional, David was required to undertake an advanced education program, as well as meet requirements around ethics, examination and experience.

Before joining Byron Capital David was a Private Client Adviser with Ord Minnett. While working as a stockbroker David was an Accredited Derivatives Advisor (Level 1 & 2) and was an ASX licensed Designated Trading Representative.

David has over 10 years experience in finance and specialises in portfolio construction and management.

His Academic and Professional Qualifications are:
