Shail Gill is the General Manager of Byron Capital, leading the firm’s operations, finance, compliance, people and culture, and strategic delivery.

With a background in accounting and management, Shail combines strong financial expertise with a collaborative, people-focused leadership style. She oversees financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while shaping the broader operational and cultural direction of the business.

Shail plays a central role in connecting strategy with execution, ensuring Byron Capital consistently delivers for its clients, partners, and stakeholders. Working closely with the Board and leadership team, she drives governance, efficiency, and growth initiatives, while fostering an environment where staff feel valued, accountable, and supported.

Her academic and professional qualifications include:

• Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Professional Accounting with a High Distinction in Accounting and Management Accounting

• Bachelor of Commerce with a High Distinction in Accounting
