As Client Service Manager to David Knott and Peter McCullough, Rachael’s role is to ensure that the individualised needs of David and Peter’s clients are met with the highest attention to detail and customer service.

Rachael is highly skilled in maintaining and nurturing client relationships with open communication channels, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. These traits have made Rachael an important and integral part of the team.
