Mel joined Byron Capital in August 2019, having formerly worked as a personal assistant in a sub-branch of a multinational corporation within the retail industry. Her background also includes customer service and administration.
Mel has the important role of being the first point of contact for both new and existing clients making contact either by telephone or calling into the office. Her professional and friendly manner make her ideal for this position.
Mel is also responsible for organising all client annual reviews and ensuring the client database is up to date at all times.
In 2019 Mel commenced studying a Bachelor of Property at Central Queensland University.
